An examination of the events surrounding the assassination of President John F. Kennedy in Dallas in 1963 and the Warren Commission inquiry that followed, produced by author and journalist Anthony Summers. The film starts with news footage of the Nov. 22, 1963, assassination and its aftermath. Then it explores a number of theories concerning who killed the president and why, some implicating important political figures of the day. The film also examines claims that the Warren Commission covered up much of what it discovered about the assassination, or that it didn't pursue the assassination with an interest in finding out what really happened.
