December 20, 1976, a young boy walking along the Lehigh River, in Carbon County, PA, makes a grisly find. The dismembered body of a young white female, and her full term baby, are scattered across the east bank. After 30 plus years, she and her child remain unidentified; and her killer may still walk among us.
