Warangal, June 2, 2008 : Congress, which suffered a crushing defeat in Karnataka Assembly Polls recently, is now gaining its stand in South India. The party has made impressive gains in the by elections to four Lok Sabha and 18 assembly seats in Andhra Pradesh.
