Dashboard camera video from the first responders on the scene of the fiery multi-vehicle crash on I-270 in St. Louis County on Wednesday. Police are searching for the driver of a tractor trailer who is believed to have caused the accident which left one woman lucky to be alive and the driver of a tow truck escaping injury. there were no serious injuries in the crash which started when a woman driving her vehicle was clipped by a tractor trailer,who then lost control and the approaching semi behind her taking evasive action and crashed into the median which started the fire.
