Part 30. Monica confirms that the items found beneath the falls are Alan's. Monica breaks down when Anna tells her that Alan was swept over the falls. Anna gives Jake the FAA report that says that somebody tampled with the plane's fuel. Anna asks Monica where she was when Alan took off in his plane. Jake objects to the questions that Anna is asking Monica. Jake won't let Monica answer any questions. Anna tells Jake Monica had motive and opportunity. Monica cries on Frisco's shoulder about Alan. Jimmy Lee shows up at the mansion a bit drunk. He overhears Monica and Jake talking about who would want to kill Alan, that she's a suspect, their fights. Jake tries to get Monica to tell him why Monica was so mad at Alan the last time they met. Monica refuses to tell him.
