New Delhi, 29, 2008 : Providing much awaited relief to the Indian farmers, Indian Finance Minister P. Chidambaram announced debt waiver scheme and relief to farmers, besides waiving agri loans disbursed by rural banks, RRBs and Cooperative banks before March 2007 and overdue on Dec 2007.
