Hello on this Thursday, the 13 day of September. I'm Kristin Volk in for Rebecca Field with a UPI Entertainment Headline. Jon Stewart is returning to host the 2008 Oscars. The "Daily Show" host will appear on February 24 in Hollywood for the 80 awards show. Stewart received mixed reviews when he hosted the 78 annual awards, with some critics saying he could have been edgier. Stewart says he's thrilled to be asked for a second time, because the third time is a charm. Pamela Anderson says she's not taking sides in the feud between her ex-husbands Kid Rock and Tommy Lee. The rockers came to blows at Sunday night's MTV Video Music Awards with Rock reportedly punching Lee. Anderson says she's staying out of it and is onto another man. She won't reveal the new man in her life but does say he's a professional poker player. Rapper Foxy Brown is not pregnant.
