Kid Rock has been sentenced to 12 months probation and six hours of anger management counseling for his involvement in a post-concert fight at a restaurant near Atlanta last year. Rock was also sentenced to 80 hours of community service and fined 1000 U.S. dollars (USD) for one count of battery. That's according to an Atlanta newspaper. Four other counts of battery were dropped over the incident in which he allegedly punched and kicked a customer in October. There is some good news for Kid Rock, his latest record has moved up to number six on the album charts. Leading the list are rapper Nas with his untitled album - Lil' Wayne dropped to number 2. At number 3 is the movie soundtrack to Mamma Mia! featuring Abba songs sung by the movie's stars. Coldplay's "Viva La Vida or Death and All His Friends" fell down to No. 4 and the Jonas Brothers-led soundtrack to the Disney Channel TV movie "Camp Rock" dropped to No. 5.
