This glitch was found by Iceflame9, it allows you to do exactly as the title says.. Don't recharge. I was going to do commentary but I decided not to. Anyways, I made a video for him so sorry if it sucks because I'm not that good. To do this glitch, shoot your mortar, stand over a kit, press B twice, and then switch to your mortar and launch it again.
