Another way to lower the risk of breast cancer: drink milk. Two studies show the increase of Vitamin D in women can decrease their chances of cancer developing. One study found high levels of Vitamin D translated to a 50 percent lower risk of breast cancer. A second study found women who spent time outdoors or got a lot of Vitamin D from their diets or supplements -- especially as teens -- were 25 to 45 percent less likely to develop breast cancer than women with less of the nutrient.
You could cut your risk of breast cancer in half if you would just get more vitamin D ... that's to say nothing of other deadly cancers, less osteoporosis. It's mind boggling to think half of us...
