This group--mostly Tibetan exiles--is saying the Chinese regime has broken its promises to improve human rights and freedom of the press. STORY: The alternative torch relay ?Tibetan Freedom Torch" has arrived in Munich. More than 2000 thousand exiled Tibetans and German supporters are gathered on Marienplatz. The Olympic Gold medallist Dieter Bauman, the President of the German Green Party Claudia Roth, and the German Actor Ralf Bauer, participate in a public demonstration, demanding the Chinese Communistic Regime to stop the killings in Tibet.
