I'm Jon Decker of Reuters in Washington with a Super Tuesday update. The race for the Democratic nomination remains a very close contest. Hillary Clinton got the biggest prize of the night-- California -- and also picked up wins in Tennessee, Oklahoma, Arkansas, New York, Massachusetts, New Jersey and Arizona. Barack Obama was projected the winner in Georgia, Illinois, Delaware, Alabama, Kansas, North Dakota, Utah, Connecticut, Minnesota, Idaho, Colorado, Alaska and also pulled off a squeaker in Missouri. On the Republican side, it looks like another good night for John McCain who picked up the two biggest prizes of the night with wins in California and New York. McCain also won in Delaware, Connecticut, New Jersey, Illinois, Oklahoma, Missouri and his home state of Arizona. Mike Huckabee surprised many political watchers with wins in his home state of Arkansas, Alabama, West Virginia, Georgia and Tennessee.
