Switching from Cablevision to Verizon was the biggest mistake I ever made!!! I have made more than 7 phone calls for tech support and service over the course of 6 months due to so many different issues regarding pixalation, cable box problems, picture problems...etc. Receiving a free HDTv from Verizon is not worth it if your cable has so many problems. I urge customers to look behind the fact that Verizon is compensating for something by giving free HDTvs. Now I am stuck for 6 more months of cable problems bcuz I am bound to their contract. Verizon Fios really sucks!!!!
