Srinagar, Oct 22, 2007 : Women's cricket is gaining ground in Kashmir valley as the local cricket body is taking steps to develop necessary infrastructure in the state for promoting the sport. As a part of the efforts, the Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association has organised the North zone women's cricket league tournament in the valley even as the Kashmir valley limps to normalcy.
